Multi-Family Affordable Housing Law
We represent developers in all phases of multi-family housing development under the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. We assist developers with land and existing site acquisitions, construction loan closings, equity financing with national investors and syndicators, and permanent loan closings from Community Investment Corporation of the Carolinas, the United States Department of Agriculture, United States Department of Agriculture – Rural Development, the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency and the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program.
HUD Insured Loan Closings
We represent our clients in the new development, acquisition, modification, and refinance of multi-family apartment complexes under HUD insured loan programs.
We are experienced in commercial real property development and finance matters. We assist our clients in the acquisition of raw land and investment properties. We also help our clients secure construction and permanent financing to develop apartment complexes, single family homes, office condominiums, and single- and multi-tenant commercial spaces.
Commercial Real Estate
We are experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing and finance. We have assisted our clients in acquiring and developing apartment complexes, single- and multi-tenant buildings, and various investment properties through conventional and non-conventional financing.
We are regularly requested to serve as a substitute trustee in commercial foreclosure actions.
